At 100 metres above sea level on Faber Peak, 100M Private Dining takes you on an intimate heightened dining experience set in an exclusive crystalline glass alcove that is surrounded by breathtaking views of lush greenery and the Sentosa-Harbourfront precinct.

Dine in a private setting within a stand-alone glass alcove on the highest point of Mount Faber Park as each course is exquisitely presented and individually plated by our experienced chefs. There will be a dedicated team who will ensure that you and your guests have a unique and unforgettable experience at 100M Private Dining.

Modern European Cuisine with an asian touch

Menus will be specially customised and curated by our Executive Chef, Kenny Yeo with guests’ preferences and requirements in mind. Chef Kenny specializes in French Cuisine and has over 30 years of culinary experience both locally and globally, with notable stints at Les Amis and Le Centenaire.

If you would like to opt for wine pairing with your meal, our in-house Sommelier will be happy to provide recommendations.
