Advisory on COVID-19

[Updated on 9 Sep] Please note that Arbora has resumed operations on 19 June.

In light of the current situation, Arbora will be taking the following measures to ensure our diners’ health and safety:
•Groups of more than 5 guests are not allowed to split into multiple tables, unless all members of the group are from the same household.
•Observe the ‘No mixing or intermingling between groups’ policy. Members of the same household at different tables are not allowed to mingle.
•Stand on the ground markers when queuing and observe 1m safe distancing
•Undergo temperature screening and complete SafeEntry check-in
•Masks to be worn at all times unless eating or drinking
•Use contactless credit card payment if possible
•No sale and consumption of alcohol after 10:30pm (in-line with government regulations)

In addition, we have taken the following measures to safeguard our diners’ health and safety:
•Stepped up the frequency of sanitisation and disinfection  
•Hand sanitisers at the entrance of the restaurant
•Disposable bags for guests to keep their masks while dining
•Individually packaged cutleries to prevent contamination
•Positioned tables at least 1 metre apart from each other
•Reduced seating capacity
•Suspended live band performances on Friday & Saturday nights till further notice
•Suspended $5 Joy Rides on the cable car rides till further notice

We are pleased to share that these precautionary measures have earned Arbora the SG Clean certification.

Corkage

• Complimentary corkage for 1 bottle of wine or champagne (750ml & duty paid) with every $200++ spent

• Complimentary corkage for 1 bottle of liquor (700ml & duty paid) with every $300++ spent

• Usual corkage charges: $30++ per bottle of wine or champagne; $80++ per bottle of liquor
