About Our chef

Chef Kenny Yeo.jpg

A culinary veteran with over 30 years of experience in French cuisine, Executive Chef Kenny Yeo draws from his passion and extensive knowledge of European kitchen techniques to conceptualise the food menu for Dusk.

Some of his notable stints include Le Centenaire, a Michelin 3-Star hotel in France, and Les Amis, the finest French restaurant in Singapore. Kenny won the Pinnacle Award at the International Festival & Event Association (IFEA) in 2011.
