About Our chef & Sommelier
Chef Kenny Yeo
A culinary veteran with over 30 years of experience in French cuisine, Executive Chef Kenny Yeo draws from his passion and extensive knowledge of European kitchen techniques to conceptualise the food menu for Dusk.
Recently awarded runner-up for Food & Beverage Manager of the Year at World Gourmet Summit 2019, Mohamed is an accomplished wine expert as evidenced with his nine prestigious local and international accolades.
